Screw Quality Inspection

In the screw production process, our company places great emphasis on quality control. We utilize a range of professional testing equipment to ensure screw quality from various aspects.

Sealing Performance Testing

We use a sealing tester to accurately check if screws have air tightness leaks. This ensures that when screws are used in scenarios requiring sealing, they can effectively prevent gas or liquid from leaking.

Hardness Testing

For hardness testing, we use Vickers hardness testers and Rockwell hardness testers. The Vickers hardness tester is suitable for measuring a wide range of hardness, while the Rockwell hardness tester is commonly used in testing the hardness of metal materials. With these two devices, we can fully understand the hardness indicators of screws and determine if they meet the hardness requirements of the material. This ensures that screws have enough resistance to deformation and wear during use.

Friction Performance Testing

A friction resistance testing machine is used to test friction performance parameters like the friction coefficient of the screw surface or related parts. This is related to how smoothly screws are installed and used, as well as their wear condition. It can provide data support for how well screws fit different usage scenarios.

Size and Appearance Inspection

A projector is used to precisely measure the size of screws, making sure key dimensions such as length and diameter meet design standards. At the same time, together with equipment like optical sorters, we conduct a thorough inspection of the appearance of screws to filter out products with surface defects such as scratches, deformations, and uneven color.

Torque Detection

We use a torque meter to measure the torque that screws can withstand. This ensures that during installation and use, screws won't easily slip due to insufficient torque, nor will they break due to excessive torque, thus ensuring the reliability of their connection.

Salt Spray Test

We do salt spray tests to see how well screws can resist corrosion. We put the screws in a special box where we create a mist of salt water. This mimics the kind of corrosive environment screws might face, like near the sea or in places with lots of dampness and salt in the air. Ho w long we run the test depends on what the screws are going to be used for.

Environmental Tolerance Testing

High-temperature ovens are used to simulate high-temperature environments. We test the performance stability of screws under high temperatures, such as whether the material undergoes adverse changes and whether the structure remains stable. This ensures that screws can work normally in possible high-temperature working conditions.

Component Analysis

X-ray fluorescence spectrometers can accurately analyze the material composition of screws to determine if they meet the specified material formula. This ensures the material quality of screws from the source and prevents the overall performance of screws from being substandard due to inferior materials.

Through the above strict quality inspection process with multiple links and equipment, our company can effectively control screw quality and provide customers with high-quality and reliable screw products.
