Since our inception in 1998, we have evolved from a small-scale screw hardware factory into a leading force in the fastener industry. As a dedicated China Screws Factory, we specialize in high-end solutions such as Sems Screw, Shoulder Screws, and Micro Screw. 1.Inception and Early Foundations (1998–2003)

Our story began in 1998 with the establishment of Mingxing Screw Hardware Factory. At first, we started with the production of basic screws and have always adhered to the concept of "quality first", deeply cultivating the local market. At this stage, we focused on strengthening the manufacturing foundation, deeply understanding the material properties, and gradually establishing a reliable product reputation, laying a solid foundation for future development.

2. Expansion and Market Penetration (2004–2010)

2004: The year 2004 was a year when we truly made great strides. Move the entire factory to the 138 Industrial Zone in Dongguan. This also enables us to enter a broader market and serve a more diverse range of customers. This step is solid and correct.

2006: Mingxing Hong Kong Limited was established, marking our first step into international markets. We accelerated product diversification and began developing specialized screws, including early versions of Anti-Loose High Quality Wholesale Screws, to meet emerging market needs.

2008: Our collaboration with Hisense was a real game-changer. It was through this partnership that we entered the consumer electronics sector—proving we could deliver the level of quality and precision the industry demands. That success opened doors for us into more technology-driven fields.

2010: Yuhuang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. was founded. In addition to introducing LED production lines, we deepened our expertise in screw manufacturing. Customization became a strategic focus, with Micro Screws becoming a specialized offering for clients requiring tailored solutions.

3. Industry Leadership and Certifications (2013–2019)

2013: Teaming up with a leading battery manufacturer marked our strategic move into new energy and automotive industries. We began supplying high-precision screws for safety-critical systems—where technical rigor truly matters.

2014: Implementation of the ISO system standardized our operations. Every product—from China High Quality Shoulder Screws to custom designs—benefited from consistent quality control, strengthening global trust.

2015: Collaboration with Xiaomi reinforced our position as an industry benchmark in consumer electronics fasteners. Customization capabilities grew into a core strength.

2016: Recognition as a “Growing Enterprise” reflected years of innovation. We increased investment in R&D to explore advanced materials and manufacturing techniques.

2017: We have been officially recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise" and have purchased new factory land in Lechang, Shaoguan, paving the way for our subsequent capacity expansion towards the global market.

2018: Relocation to Changping Yutang Zhenxing Science and Technology Park upgraded our R&D and production capabilities, allowing us to manage more complex custom orders.

2019: We have successfully obtained the IATF16949 automotive industry quality system certification. This not only opens the door for us to serve global automotive customers, but also marks that our quality and management systems have been fully integrated with international high standards.

4. Global Expansion and Future Vision (2020–Present)

2022: The launch of the Lechang factory (Guangdong Yuhuang) significantly increased production capacity, enhancing our ability to serve international markets—including the Middle East, North America, and Europe—more efficiently.

2025: We established a foreign trade branch in Wuhan dedicated to serving overseas clients. This improves communication, order processing, and logistics, ensuring smoother collaboration and stronger support for global partners.

Nowadays, our factories in Dongguan and Lechang have established a precise quality control system. Whether it is the standard high-quality screw in accordance with national standards or the products customized according to customer needs, every screw has undergone strict inspections layer by layer.
